Ingredients:


1/2 kg Jackfruit, chopped into pieces

2 tbsp Oil

1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds

10 – 12 Curry Leaves

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crushed

1 tbsp Mix Masala

Salt

Water

For the Aromatic paste:

1 Onion

8 – 10 tbsp Grated Coconut

1/2 tsp Garam Masala


साहित्य:


१/२ किलो फणस, तुकडे करून

२ tbsp तेल

१/२ tsp मोहरी

१० ते १२ काढीपत्ते

१ tbsp आलं लसूण ठेचून

१ tbsp Mix मसाला

मीठ

पाणी

वाटणासाठी:

१ कांदा

८ ते १० tbsp खवलेला ओला नारळ

१/२ tsp गरम मसाला


Method:


– In a pan, heat some oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and crushed ginger garlic. Saute everything for few seconds.

– Then ad the onion, grated coconut, garam masala paste. Mix everything well.

– Add salt to taste and mix well.

– Add the chopped jackfruit pieces, mix masala & water. Mix everything well.

– Cover it with a lid and let the vegetable cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.

– Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with bhakri, chapati or plain rice.
